Return & Refund Policy
At Ayen Wear, we want you to love every purchase you make. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@ayenwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
We currently do not charge restocking fees, but customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, simply follow the return process above and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
